FIND IT LIST IT TERMS OF SERVICE Effective Date: Feburary 25th, 2026 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Find It List It website, mobile application, software platform, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Find It List It (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, registering for, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Acceptance of Terms By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you affirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. Continued use of the Service following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 2. Description of Service Find It List It provides a software platform that offers automated product identification, resale value estimation, listing generation tools, marketplace integration support, and related functionality. The Service utilizes algorithmic processes and artificial intelligence technologies to generate estimates, suggestions, and content based on available market data and user-provided inputs. The Service is a decision-support tool only. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice. 3. No Guarantee of Accuracy; User Responsibility All pricing estimates, product identifications, resale values, and listing recommendations provided by the Service are algorithmically generated estimates based on available third-party data and automated processes. Market conditions fluctuate, data sources may contain inaccuracies, and results may vary. The Company makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, profitability, or suitability of any information provided through the Service. Users are solely responsible for verifying all information, conducting independent research, and making their own purchasing and selling decisions. The Company shall not be responsible for losses incurred as a result of reliance on estimates or suggestions generated by the Service. 4. Artificial Intelligence Disclosure The Service incorporates automated systems and artificial intelligence technologies to analyze images, data, and user inputs. Outputs are machine-generated and are not reviewed by licensed appraisers, financial professionals, or certified experts. Results are estimates only and should not be construed as formal appraisals or guaranteed valuations. 5. User Conduct and Obligations Users agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including marketplace regulations, tax obligations, and consumer protection laws. Users are solely responsible for all content they publish, distribute, or sell using information generated by the Service. Users may not reverse engineer, duplicate, distribute, modify, or exploit the software or its underlying algorithms. 6. Subscription, Billing, and Payment Terms Certain features of the Service may require paid subscriptions. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing according to the selected plan. Subscription fees will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle until canceled. Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through their account settings. Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. The Company does not store full payment card information. 7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business opportunities, inaccurate valuations, or marketplace actions. The Company’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to the Company during the three (3) months preceding the claim. 8. Intellectual Property All software, algorithms, trademarks, branding elements, logos, and content associated with Find It List It are the exclusive property of the Company. No rights are granted except for limited, non-transferable use of the Service as provided herein. 9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Minnesota. Users waive the right to participate in class-action proceedings. 10. Modifications The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
